We at Auric Fashions, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian  courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbee, Shadowfax, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

  • Charges: Auric Fashions offers SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD). We do not delivery our products outside India

  • Tax and duties: Please note taxes are as per Government norms as shall change as per the Government of India guildlines.

  • Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

  • Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 15-20 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic orders.  here may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.
