To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have outlined our comprehensive return policy as below:

1. Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver your order promptly. Your apparel order will be dilevered within 5 working days from the date of order. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your location and other external factors. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of the order status through email.

2. Urgent Delivery Requests

In case you require urgent delivery, we offer an expedited shipping option. To avail this service, please call our customer support team at 8000643437 and confirm the earliest possible delivery date, which can be as fast as 3 days. Additional charges may apply for urgent deliveries, and availability is subject to the product’s stock and shipping feasibility.

3. Reporting Wrong or Damaged Items:

We take utmost care while packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please report the issue to us no later than next date of delivery. You can contact our customer support team via email or whatsapp, providing details of the incorrect/damaged item and attaching relevant photographs. We will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

4. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please log in to your Auric Fashion Studio account, go to “My Orders,” and click on the “Cancel Order” button. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team through whatsapp at 8000643437 and provide your order details to request cancellation.

5. Eligibility for Returns:

Apparel items are eligible for returns within 1 day from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet all given criteria in the policy.

6. Return / Exchange Clauses:

Return or exchange can only be initiated on the following cases:-

–          Damaged or Manufacturing Defect Product:  In such scenario you need to provide one picture of damaged product and send it to our customer care Email ID (auricfashions@gmail.com) or Whatsapp Ph number 8000643437 

–          Wrong Size Label Shipping: Wrong size shipped by us can be Returned only if 1 photo of neckline of the garment with visible size label is shared through a photo graph on Customer Care Whatsapp Ph No. or Email Id

–          Return of damage product due to open packet in Shipping:  If the packet is delivered open due to Shipping problems which can damage the product, it should be returned before accepting the delivery and making payment. No returns on damaged packaging will be accepted once the parcel is accepted on COD basis.

7. Return Process:

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

– Contact our customer support team at auricfashions@gmail.com  to initiate the return process.

– Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

– Provide the image of the defective product to our customer care through whatspp or email.

– Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

8. Refund/Exchange Process:

– Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 24 hours.

– Refunds will be issued only through online payment channel.

– If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

9. Refund Timeline:

– Please allow up to 3 business working days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item.

– The actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment channels.

10. Few Important Points for Refunds :

REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  1. Contents of the product does not matches with original contents i.e. Full set of garment
  2. Packaging contents are not returned as per original packing
  3. Tags or any related attachment with the product as per original condition is torn off /removed/detached. 

12. Few Important Points for Exchanges:

Customer has to bear additional shipping charges of Rs. 150/- per article in below conditions

–          Exchange requested due to wrong order of size or any size issue. 

–          Exchange requested due to dislike of ordered color and requirement of other color  

Auric Fashion Studio reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. However, changes made will not affect orders placed before the policy’s revision.
